How each present in society.
Men - Strength / Provider
Women - Weakness / Emotional

Femininity presents more as fashion style while masculinity presents more as action. 

Men present with facial hair
Women present without.

Men - short hair
women - long hair

Men are the provider and protector
Women provide for children and household care

Women don't ask men to marry, that's the mans position
Men pay for the first date
Men are leaders of the family unit

.....This is the Patriarchy - Men Decide, not Women

Sexuality
Some clothing is considered by many of conservative, western culture to be homosexual in nature. This typically presents as a graphic T-Shirt, for example. 

Some clothing is considered too risqué for many traditional conservatives. Showing too much skin by many, is considered promiscuous.  Showing the midriff or upper thighs or glutes can be a big no to many. And if this is done by men, conservative, traditional men will come to their own conclusions of another mans sexuality and think he is gay or a sissy.

Clothing cannot make you strong
Clothing cannot make you weak
Clothing doesn't change your natural biology
Clothing doesn't predict your sexuality

Clothing could possibly infer a persons accepted gender
